This conference on listening is expected to generate at least one set of published proceedings.
The ASC is well connected with several journals and publishers. When we have an understanding of the material offered to the conference, we will approach the publishers we feel likely to be most helpful and appropriate to the venture. In the last two years we have published papers in Cybernetics and Human Knowing, are publishing an proceedings in Kybernetes, and are publishing a conference book with edition echoraum, Vienna.
Preliminary acceptance of conference proposals will be in the form of a review of extended abstracts. Proposals will be published to conferees on the web for further examination and suggestion of improvements. Those that take the form of papers will be rewritten after the conference so that authors can benefit from what they have learnt at the conference and will be double blind reviewed. A detailed description of the refereeing processes can be found here.
